Our Cook & Connect community sessions run weekly during term time and are open to all. 

Booking is essential to reserve your place.  The session is free but we do ask for a £3-4 donation should you be able to.  This cost goes towards the cost of ingredients. 

All equipment and ingredients are supplied.

Each week we will share a recipe and introduce a new cooking skill or method and support you to help make the dish.  There are always skills and tips shared amongst the group to help improve your confidence and knowledge about food, shopping and help for your food budget to stretch.

You have the opportunity to eat at the session, or take the food home with you.

Meet for a cuppa, chat to new friends or slowly build your confidence in new company.  Our wonderful team of tutors and volunteers will help you feel welcomed and supported, whether you can cook already or have never picked up a pan before.
