Eating well in Pregnancy

With your growing baby on the way, you may feel that you’ve got to find and understand a lot of new information, including what to eat while you are pregnant.

What you eat and drink while you are pregnant has a huge impact on your body,  your health, your weight, and how you feel. It has a huge impact on your baby’s health and development, too. Eating well is the first way we love and connect with our baby.

Our 3-week free course will guide you through how to eat well, give you some tips on cooking simple, cheap and tasty meals that will work for you now and for your new family in the future.

Over three hands-on group sessions you’ll explore:

  • Learn more the basics of a healthy diet for now and the future
  • What to add to a healthy diet to support a healthy pregnancy and baby and what to avoid
  • How food can help your mood while pregnant
  • Some cheap, practical snacks and meals to help you
  • Share with others, those with experience and find out what other support is there for you

When you attend the sessions you'll also get a free, easy to read full colour book to take home and keep.
