Support for young families

"The first 1001 days of a child’s life is a window of opportunity to impact on health outcomes throughout their lifespan, including long-term implications for the child’s cognitive and emotional development and their resilience to stress."  United Nations

We all want the best start in life for our children, but introducing them to healthy foods can come with many challenges. If that sounds familiar, we're here to help.

We have created three programmes just for young families, to help you and your babies and young children build an appetite for healthy eating. Each programme includes four hands-on group sessions that help you to learn more about food, develop helpful skills, build your confidence, and reduce any stress around feeding your children.

Online versions of Mush and Munch and Crunch and Munch, with downloadable pdf versions of their books, are also available for a small donation to our work.
