Our team includes our CEO and management team, our amazing self-employed tutors, a supportive and fabulous team of volunteers from all corners of the county, and our Board of Trustees who help us as we deliver our vision for Dorset.
We strive to include staff and volunteers from all backgrounds. We're proud to include tutors and volunteers who we first met as workshop participants. Their lived experiences and local insights are vital contributions to our deep understanding of local challenges - and how best to support our participants.
