Sue's story "Patients in my locality have revealed that a lack of confidence and knowledge in preparing healthy meals from scratch is preventing them from truly managing some chronic medical conditions. The FFC course has motivated us to offer patients cookery courses to remove such barriers to improved health and better lifestyles."

To register your interest in the course on other dates or locations please click here.

Please note that this course voluntary, community and health projects in the Dorset Council area.
